The awning trim (or binding or piping) on the SunSurrender II retractable awning is sewn onto the front and back of the awning valance edge. Whatever the valance style, the trim is sewn with a pneumatic machine along the shape of the valance edging. The awning valance is 8" long; the trim itself is approximately ½" wide.
