the shipping time via truck is one week or less
depending on the ship to location. So, you can
expect a total of 2-3 weeks maximum (14-21 calendar

damage in shipment, strikes, fabric backorders,

Awnings Shipping Damage......
What should you do?
Unfortunately it does occur
but fortunately, very few awnings are damaged during shipment.
Inspect all boxes at time of delivery. Note any
damage on the delivery receipt. If you detect
any damage to a package or box, we recommend you
immediately open the damaged box in front of the
driver. If the awning (not the box) is damaged
we suggest you refuse the shipment.
